My Approach To Therapy
I employ trauma-informed and person-centered methodologies in my therapeutic practice. I believe that our work is fundamentally relational, grounded in a strong rapport between therapist and client. I integrate a variety of evidence-based therapeutic techniques, including mindfulness, solution-focused therapy, and holistic approaches, all customized to meet your specific needs. My approach is culturally sensitive and highly collaborative, ensuring that each client's voice is acknowledged, and their unique experiences are respected.
