(She/Her)
My Approach To Therapy
With a multicultural background, I integrate holistic approaches and somatic practices into each session. My passion lies in nurturing meaningful connections, a sense of belonging, and community through therapy. My therapeutic process offers a calm and grounding space where individuals can pause, develop awareness, and explore their inner experiences.

I focus on each person’s unique experience of the world and the connection between mind and body. Throughout our work together, you will have a safe space to build self-awareness, cultivate emotional regulation, and deepen your connection to your authentic self.
